4. Technical Issues
If you experience a technical issue with your order, contact us immediately with your order details. We will investigate delivery logs and platform confirmation. If we confirm that a product was not delivered due to a system or fulfillment error attributable to JSGamesPoint, we will provide a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
For partial delivery or delayed processing, we may offer store credit, re-delivery, or a proportional refund depending on the situation.
5. Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers and business, all refund requests are subject to verification. We reserve the right to refuse refunds where we detect suspicious activity, repeated refund abuse, mismatched payment details, or policy violations.
JSGamesPoint may suspend accounts or restrict future purchases for users who engage in fraudulent refund requests or chargeback abuse.
6. Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks for successfully delivered digital goods may result in permanent account suspension and reporting to payment processors.
If a chargeback is filed, we will provide relevant transaction and delivery evidence to the payment provider. Refunds already processed through chargebacks may disqualify customers from future purchases.
7. How to Request a Refund

- Order ID or transaction reference.
- Date of purchase and service/product ordered.
- Detailed description of the issue.

8. Processing Times
